We make all of our puddings in-house to a traditional Scottish recipe using only the finest ingredients and the attention to detail that we are known for. The savoury flavours of beef suet and spices are given a sweet edge by the addition of sultanas and cinnamon. The world of food sees so many of these sweet and savoury combinations so it really isn't such a leap of faith; if you are not familiar then we urge you to experience it soon. Part of a traditional Scottish breakfast, fruit pudding sits particularly well amongst the savoury depth of such a plate but is also worth experimenting within the same manner as black pudding.
