Cooking Guidelines

For guidance only. Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging keeping chilli dip seperate. Pakora: deep fry for 4 minutes at 170c/330F Oven Cook: place on a tray in a preheated oven at 170c/350F/Gas mark 4 for 10-11 minutes turning once during cooking. **Ensure the pakora is piping hot throughout before serving**

Ingredients

Once opened store below 5oC and consume within 48hrs. If opened within 2 days of use by date consume immediately.
The product must be in core temperature over 75oC when consuming
Pakora: - chicken breast 90%, gram flour, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, red colouring powder
(salt, E129, allura red 12%, E102 tartazine 1% E129 & E102)
Chilli Dip:- tomato sauce (water, tomato paste), modified starch, sugar, vinegar, sweetener (saccharin), flavouring,
preservative (potassium sorbate), colouring (E110 & E122), water, onion 10%, green pepper 5%, salt, red chilli, mint sauce, mango chutney
