Cut from the belly into thinner strips these are slightly fattier but full of flavour in fact one of my favourte pork cuts.

Cooking Guidelines | Remove all packaging. Equipment must be cleaned after every use. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. For tenderness and succulence allow the pork to rest, uncovered in a warm place for at least 5 minutes after cooking. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Grill - From Chilled: Medium 20-24 mins Season the pork with salt and pepper, Preheat the grill. Carefully place under the grill and cook, turning occasionally. Other - From Chilled: Air-fry 180°C 20 mins Based on an air-fryer minimum capacity of 4L and per pack (500g). Remove from packaging. Preheat air-fryer. Season the slices with salt and pepper and place in the basket in a single layer and place in air-fryer. Shake basket half way through. Do not overcrowd the basket. Oven cook - From Chilled: 180°C, 350°F, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 25-30 mins Preheat oven. Place slices on a baking tray, season lightly with salt and pepper and cook in the middle of the oven, turning halfway through cooking time. Shallow Fry - From Chilled: Medium 15-20 mins Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Season the slices with a little salt and pepper and fry slices over a medium temperature, turning occasionally. |
