Cooking Guidelines | Our pork steaks are equally delicious fried or done in the oven. To fry – bring sirloins to room temperature. Then season to taste. Pre-heat your frying pan/griddle and add a little cooking oil. Cook sirloins over a medium-high heat for 5- 6 minutes each side. Leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. |
