Great for big feasts of slow cooked or pulled lamb, this half / full shoulder with only the rib
and neck bones removed is ideal for slow cooking. After 3-4 hours the tender and tasty
sweet meat will simply fall of the shank and blade bone.

Cooking Guidelines | To roast pre-heat oven to 150°C/Gas mark 3-4. Cook in a pre-heated oven for 60 minutes per 500g, plus an extra 30 minutes. After the roast comes out of the oven, cover it with foil and allow to rest for at least 10-15 minutes before carving. |
