At Rendalls we take great pride in preparing our racks of lamb. Nice clean bones all cleaned with enough fat to keep the lamb nice and juicy.
Simply roast and serve!

Cooking Guidelines | Pre-heat a nonstick frying pan and fry the lamb on all sides to seal the meat over a high heat. Then transfer to a roasting tin and cook in a pre-heated oven for 15-17 minutes (for medium) or 20-22 minutes (for well done) at 190C/GM5. |
