Our bone in leg roasts excel in flavour and are to easy to cook with the bone running
through the middle. Not quite as easy to carve as the boneless equivalent but if your carving
at the table presentation and wow factor more than makes up for this.

Cooking Guidelines | To roast pre-heat oven to 180°C/Gas mark 4-5. For Medium: 30 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes. Well done: 35 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes. After the roast comes out of the oven, cover it with foil and allow to rest for at least 10-15 minutes. This allows the meat to relax, making it more succulent and easier to carve |
