The lamb equivalent of popeseye steak. This fantastic small steak from the top of the leg and joins the leg and the loin. Like all working parts product very very tasty meat and has the benefit of being exceptionally tasty, tender and so easy to cook.

Cooking Guidelines | Lamb chumps can be grilled, fried, oven cooked and BBQ'd. Simply season with salt, pepper and a little light olive oil. 3-4 minutes each side or 12-15 minutes in the oven. |
