Cooking Guidelines | Slow Cook: Pre-heat oil in a pan on a medium heat and the oven on a medium heat (180°C/Gas Mark 5). Fry the Goat Meat in a pan until golden brown on all sides. Place in a casserole dish with your preferred stock and seasonal vegetables. Cook in the oven for up to 2 hours. |
