Price per fillet. Each fillet approx 90g -140g Rainbow trout are supplied to us by our supplier in their fresh whole form. They are then additionally processed by our expert fishmongers so that they can be provided to our clients in a number of presentations including whole fish and fresh fillets. Rainbow trout has a slightly nutty, sweet flavour and tender flesh.
