Description

Price per fillet. Each fillet between 60g - 100g. A popular substitute for lemon sole and have a similar texture and flavor. Sometimes known as grey sole they can be supplied as fresh fillets or whole fish. You can boil, bake or pan-fry grey sole with tasty results. This light, tender sole variety does not need excessive added flavorings; just a little bit of olive oil and a light sprinkling of spices will highlight the slightly sweet fish.
