Our Orkne Scotch bullet sandwich steaks are mainly cut from the thick flank. This steak is great for serving in a roll or quick frying. They are also great for making beef olives or cutting into strips for fajitas.

Cooking Guidelines	Simply heat a little oil in a frying pan.Add steak and fry for 2-3 minutes each side. Add mushrooms and onions and wee splash of brandy and cream for the ultimate steak sandwich.
