Our Orkney Scotch Chateaubriand is definitely the showstopper amongst the beef cuts. It is beautifully tender with an a melt in the mouth texture. Can be roasted or used as a sharing joint and a must for any celebration.

Cooking - seal your meat in a hot pan or with oil in a very hot oven - roast at approximately 170^o for about 20 mins depending on how you prefer your meat
